Everyone is SO friendly! When I bring my golden retriever, he jumps out of the car and goes directly to the door wagging his tail! I also love that the dogs have access to outside everyday whenever they want. I think that’s so important for the dogs’ mental health and exercise.

The staff at bow wow in Hilliard are exemplary . I have two German shepherds and they have been nothing but gracious and helpful and loving to my dogs. I feel that I am so lucky that I have found this extended family for my dogs. I really cannot say anything but positives.. It is a wonderful facility.
