I like the transparency of camp bow wow, its cleanliness and most importantly its staff. On my first trip I was given a tour of the whole back area including boarding and where/how food, etc is stored. This created tremendous peace of mind. I can always see my dogs in daycare (during camp hours) and I can call and check on them, if needed. The staff are open, honest and very caring. My dogs are always happy when we arrive and when they are escorted back, which is very telling. Also, there were times I tried daycare add ons, like the pool party, and it was not billed because my dog didn’t want anything to do with it. If you are looking for a new daycare, check them out. I’m super particular and I’m so glad I did.

I chose Camp Bow Wow after researching every local option, and the temperament test was the deciding factor for me. The staff was incredibly patient with all my questions and truly eased my anxiety about leaving Ollie and Charlie for the first time. The facility is clean, professional, and easy to find. I’m so happy they both did well on their first day and I can’t wait to see them continue to socialize and grow here. Thank you again for being so welcoming.
