Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, day care packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased.)

Holiday Overnight Boarding
In an effort to better service our Overnight Boarding customers during busy periods, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. Often we are full and have to turn Pet Parents away and then reservations do not show up or cancel last minute.
Please note that during holiday periods, the following cancellation fee will apply:
- No shows and cancellations within 5 days of scheduled check-in during a holiday period will be subject to a one night cancellation fee at the rate of one night of boarding for that particular stay.
- Once your dog checks in for their reservation during a holiday period, you are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. During other times of the year we are happy to allow you to check your dog out earlier than planned!
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday. Holiday periods apply to New Year’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
- Cancellation fees cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- We understand that there is still some uncertainty around air travel and plans in general. We are doing our best to accommodate these changes in a way that is fair to everyone and avoids the larger, non-refundable deposits present at human hotels and other boarding facilities.
