Every employee I have met has been so nice and knowledgeable. I love the app to be able to see my puppy anytime. It is very clean and very organized. Been taking our dogs here for almost 5 years. Staff are so nice, the facility is great, and our dogs always come home exhausted and happy. Grooming packages are really useful for our pups who hate baths, and the 2-for-1 Saturdays and bulk camp packages are great deals. Highly recommend, and we always love when counselors recognize our dogs out in public!

We have been taking our dogs to Camp Bow Wow for years and couldn’t be happier! They are so sweet to both of our girls and always go above and beyond. They are quick to call if there are any concerns and always share pictures of something heartwarming. I love that the dogs are busy playing with each other all day long… I can’t imagine sending them to a kennel where they were sitting in a cage all day. I am so pleased to have found the Camp Bow Wow location in Cuyahoga Falls. I took my recently rescued Beagle there to visit and was so worried she would think I was taking her to the pound! Everyone was so nice and she enjoyed being with the other dogs, so I progressed to dropping her for a half day. Their nanny cam that let me watch her on my phone was so reassuring. She had a ball playing with the other dogs, and slept for 3 hours when she got home. We'll keep working our way up to boarding her so I can go on trips and not feel guilty about abandoning her.

Amazing place to take your dog! We’ve been taking our golden there for 4 years, and he gets so excited every time to see his friends. The staff are amazing and so nice! They even kept us updated daily when we were on vacation last summer and he wasn’t feeling well. I love how they offer options for bathing and nail trims if needed too.

Camp Bow Wow is a great way to socialize your dog and to provide fun and exercise if, like me, you are a low energy person with a higher energy dog. This mama isn't going for walks in the winter. I appreciate the ability to watch on video as he’s spending his day, but don’t really feel the need to because the staff there is so amazingly wonderful. You can really tell they care about dogs! I don’t usually leave reviews, but in this case it’s a two big thumbs up.
