I appreciate the ability to watch on video as he’s spending his day, but don’t really feel the need to because the staff there is so amazingly wonderful. You can really tell they care about dogs! I boarded my dogs here for 1 week with daycare included in the price. It was nice to know they were around other dogs and not stuck in a kennel, plus there are cameras in the facility to check in on them at any time. Scheduling was so easy and they are very responsive. Every time I came in, the person at the front desk was smiling and very helpful. My dogs came home happy, healthy, and did not smell dirty or like they’d been around other dogs. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for boarding or daycare services.

We love Camp Bow Wow! My 6-month-old has been going since Saturday puppy play dates. When I take her, she comes home happy and exhausted! They have fun specials every day and cameras to watch the dogs. She is always so excited when we pull in and half asleep by the time we pull out! Camp Bow Wow has such nice people and never mind honoring the special requests regarding food management and grooming and basic care. We have tried several other places, even having people stay at our home while we are away. But our dog responds best being at Camp Bow Wow. They welcome her with open arms and seem to take great care of her, because she goes right to the staff when we arrive. I’m happy to have a place we trust to leave our little dog while we are away.

Gus loves going to play for the day. He has stayed overnight for boarding on a couple of occasions. The staff is friendly and we’ve had a good experience. During a boarding stay, he got a little cut on his ear from playing with another pup, and they texted me right away. It’s nice to know that if anything happens, even minor, they are on top of communication!
