I cannot say enough about this place
I have a special needs Schnauzer puppy that has recently started attending Camp Bow Wow in Cuy Falls. For the purpose of socialization with other dogs and humans, we started him a couple hours once or twice a week. We increased to one full day a week because I decided to work part time and did not want to leave him alone all day. He gets so excited to go to camp, and the staff is amazing! They are all willing to try different things to add to his quality of life. They are affectionate with all the animals in their care and always have a person in every play yard at all times. There are cameras in all play yards inside and outside, so anytime you want to look in on your baby, you can! I watch the cameras a lot and just laugh at what goes on! Think about it, how obvious are your intentions to provide quality care when you are willing to put cameras on your staff every minute of the day?
My situation is that my dog has a neurological condition that over-stimulation can cause nystagmus and vertigo, which causes him to fall a lot. This past Wed I received a text from the staff that they were seeing excessive balance issues, so they put him in a cabin to decompress at my request. Their cabins are spacious small rooms with a cot for quiet time where they can eat and nap. I take his own bed there so he feels comfortable. I was so appreciative that they reached out with concern. It lets me know that my dog is safe and being watched in their care. I had a wonderful conversation with one of the managers on trying to put together a plan that will help my little guy be successful and have fun playing with his fur friends. I cannot say enough about this place and my comfort level leaving my boy in their care!
They offer so many services in addition to day care and boarding. You really should pick up the phone and speak to the staff about what they can offer your fur baby!

We had a family member back out of dog sitting for the weekend, so we were rushing around to find a place to board our Westie. I came across Camp Bow Wow. The staff were awesome! So sweet and helpful too. She told me they had one spot left and said she called another boarding company and had a spot saved for us if that last spot was taken before we could go for the doggie interview, so our plans wouldn’t be ruined for the weekend. I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Camp Bow Wow. In the short time my 15-month-old Redbone Coonhound, Sianna, has been attending, the difference has been incredible.
She comes home happily exhausted from a full day of play—something she just couldn’t get from being in a crate all day. Even more impressive, I’ve noticed a real improvement in how she socializes, especially with older neighborhood dogs. I truly believe her time at camp has helped build that confidence and awareness.

Grooming packages are really useful for our pups who hate baths, and the 2-for-1 Saturdays and bulk camp packages are great deals. I am so pleased to have found the Camp Bow Wow location in Cuyahoga Falls. I took my recently rescued Beagle there to visit and was so worried she would think I was taking her to the pound! Everyone was so nice and she enjoyed being with the other dogs, so I progressed to dropping her for a half day. Their nanny cam that let me watch her on my phone was so reassuring. She had a ball playing with the other dogs, and slept for 3 hours when she got home. We'll keep working our way up to boarding her so I can go on trips and not feel guilty about abandoning her.

Amazing place to take your dog! We’ve been taking our golden there for 4 years, and he gets so excited every time to see his friends. The staff are amazing and so nice! They even kept us updated daily when we were on vacation last summer and he wasn’t feeling well. I love how they offer options for bathing and nail trims if needed too.
