Coming from a chemical engineering background, Jason was excited to put the corporate world away and pursue his dream of owning his own business with his wife of 23 years, Scarlett. Scarlett had a strong background in the animal care industry as a vet tech. Scarlett was one of the first to open a mobile grooming business in SE Louisiana in 2004 which quickly prompted them into joining the Camp Bow Wow Family after a few years of running her own business. Jason and Scarlett are excited to be a part of Camp Bow Wow and grow their small business footprint throughout the southeast. Jason and Scarlett share their passion for Camp Bow Wow with their three dogs and three children.

Jessica has been with Camp Bow Wow since 2015. She has brought dedication and positive results to Camp. Jessica’s degree in health systems management provided her with strong leadership skills & knowledge which made her the perfect fit to be our director. Her positive energy continuously drives her to always go above and beyond. When she is not working, she spends her free time with friends, family and her gorgeous, golden retreiver named Ziess”.

Taylor has been at Camp Bow Wow since 2020. With her previous experience working with animals and her love for them her whole life, Taylor knew she wanted to make a career where she could do what she loves-love and care for your pups! In her free time, Taylor is usually spending time with her wife, son, and their two pups-Sammy and Roux. She loves to travel and is most definitely a foodie so loves finding new restaurants around the city!

Stefanie has been with us at Camp Bow Wow since 2011. Her retail management and veterinarian technician background made her a perfect fit. Her love for people and dogs definitely shows while at camp. When not working she is usually with her husband and two beautiful girls. They love to spend time with the family dogs Abby(rat terrier) and Smokey(pit bull terrier); both rescues”

Margo has been with Camp Bow Wow since 2021 starting as a Camp Counselor. Through her love for the dogs and her hard work, she was promoted to Camp Supervisor in 2023. When not at work, Margo likes to spend time with friends and family, travel, and snuggle up with her rescue dog, Stone. 

She started as a camp counselor, and then was quickly promoted to front desk. Her favorite task at camp was brushing out the dogs after a bath. Her love for dogs aspired her to become a certified groomer in 2018. She excels in all types of breeds for grooming! When Randi isn’t brushing and blowing drying pups she is taking care of her own fur babies, Kyuubi and Chidori??

Jayce is the Director for Camp Bow Wow - Team Dalton, supporting multi-location operations nationwide.
He focuses on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
Working closely with owners and managers, he helps turn data into action.
His approach emphasizes scalable systems and sustainable results.

Audrey has been part of the Camp Bow Wow family on and off since 2020, building her career through a variety of roles and gaining valuable experience across the business. Starting as a Camp Counselor, she advanced to Operations Coach before transitioning into her current role as Marketing Specialist.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys traveling, exploring new hobbies, and embracing new experiences. She loves spending time with family and friends, as well as with her three dogs, Meeko, Guinness, and Remi, and her two rescue cats, Beaux and Acorn.
