DayCamp Hours of Operation

• Monday – Saturday: 7AM – 6:30PM*
• Reservations confirmed, but not checked-in: you agree to forfeit that day of DayCamp from your FUR-Pack account.
• All dogs must wear a quick release collar and name tag, to check in.
• During Holiday Seasons and due to capacity constraints: traditional DayCamp is shortened some days, or entirely postponed until after the Holiday Season.
• Our Camp does not offer half-days; one day of DayCamp is used per check-in, irrespective of the time of check-in.
• Check-outs between 6:30PM-7PM incur $35/dog late check-out charge.

Lodging Lobby Hours in Colleyville

• Monday – Friday: 7AM – 6:30PM.* Check-ins-or-outs between 6:30PM-7PM incur $35/dog late check-in-out charge.
• Saturday and Sunday: 7AM – 9AM + 5PM – 6:30PM* Check-ins-or-outs between 6:30PM-7PM incur $35/dog late check-in-or-out charge.
• Our Lobby is closed on Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and 4^th of July, with no check-ins-outs.  Overnight DayCamp is shortened on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

Mobile-App or Online-Account Reservation Request

• Reservation requests sent through the Mobile App or Online Account are unconfirmed, until your reservation request is shown in green color, within App home page screen.
• Same day reservation requests cannot be made through the App or your Online account.

Noon Overnight Check-Out Policy

• Before Noon check-outs, check-outs on Saturdays, Sundays, Grooming services purchased, and Colleyville Club Members are exempt from Noon overnight check-out time. 
• Overnight check-outs occurring "After-Noon" Monday through Friday are $25/dog, providing DayCamp to 6:30PM.
• Noon check-out helps us safely manage capacity and provides time to clean all Classic Cabins, Luxury Suites, and Teacup Condos, before the arrival of daily check-ins.

Holiday Season Reservations: 2-Night Minimum & 1-Night Pre-Payment Required

• Holiday Seasons require 2-consecutive overnight minimum stay, and advance pre-payment of 1-overnight per dog is collected at the time of your Holiday Season reservation. Remaining balance is due at check-in.
• Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payments are credited, when your cancellation request is emailed in accordance with our Holiday Season cancellation timelines.
• All Holiday Season reservations without 1-overnight pre-payment are unconfirmed and tentative requests, which are available for rebooking to other families, in the sole discretion of Camp Bow Wow Colleyville.

Holiday Season Non-Refundable Confirmation Fee

• $39-per dog Holiday Season non-refundable Confirmation Fee is collected at the time of your Holiday Season reservation, and to confirm.
• This is separate from Holiday Season 1-overnight pre-payment requirement.  
• As occupancy increases to full Camp capacity: the Holiday Season Confirmation Fee may increase.
• Holiday Season nightly peak surcharges may also be applied during specific overnight time periods.
• These additional amounts, if in effect, will be disclosed prior to check-in.

Lodging and Holiday Season Cancellations

We understand plans change!  Holiday Season lodging cancellations requesting credit of 1-Overnight Holiday Season pre-payment: please email cancellation requests timestamped prior to 7PM CST, at least 7-days or more, before the actual Federal Holiday, i.e. earlier than 7PM CST on December 17^th, as Christmas Holiday is actually December 25^th, providing us 7 full calendar days resale our accommodations.  If no Federal Holiday exists in a Holiday Season, such as Spring Break: email Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payment credit requests timestamped prior to 7PM CST at least 7-days, or more before the Spring Break Holiday season actual start date, i.e. before 7PM CST on March 10^th, if Spring Break Holiday Season begins on March 18th.    

Regular Non-Holiday Season overnight periods are assessed $75 late-cancellation fee, if your overnight cancellation is not emailed and timestamped prior to 7PM CST, at least 2-full days before your scheduled check-in date, i.e. before 7PM CST on 4/1, for 4/4 scheduled overnight check-in.  You agree to forfeit without any refund, the entire Holiday Season 1-Overnight pre-payment, if your overnight cancellations are not received in accordance with these timelines.  Please email cancellations to colleyvilletx@campbowwow.com and please include your name, reservation dates, and your phone number.  Verbal cancellations are not recognized.

Holiday Seasons

Spring Break March 13 – 23^rd, 2026 | Memorial Holiday May 22 - 26th, 2026 | Independence Holiday July 1 - 6th, 2026 | Labor Holiday September 4 - September 7th, 2026 | Thanksgiving November 21 – November 30^th, 2026 | Christmas Holiday December 18 – January 3, 2027.

Lodging Early Pick-ups

Holiday Season early overnight pick-ups you agree to forfeit all payments for your entire reservation and will not receive any credit of any kind.  Early pick-ups during non-Holiday Seasons before originally scheduled overnight check-out dates Seasons will receive an in-Camp credit.  Camp Bow Wow Colleyville in-Camp credits may be applied to any future Camp Bow Wow Colleyville service and do not expire. 

Colleyville Club DayCamp Memberships: $389/Month/Dog

Includes waiver of Noon overnight check-out time, during overnight stays.  Colleyville Club Membership does not guarantee daily DayCamp availability; reservations are highly recommended.  Reservations confirmed, but not check-in, you agree to pay the regular DayCamp rate for that day reserved, but not check-in.  Colleyville Club Membership is pro-rated the first month, and the next full month Membership dues are collected at time of Membership start date, then are collected prior to the last day of the then current month.  Colleyville Club Memberships do not accrue DayCamp and no refunds under any circumstances.  Colleyville Club Membership is transferable within the same household with more than one family dog, and monthly Membership dues and admittance are assessed per dog.  To discontinue your Colleyville Club Membership; email colleyvilletx@campbowwow.com at least seven days before the next billing month, which triggers your final $389 monthly charge, then Colleyville Club Membership access ends at the end of the then next calendar month. 

Fuzzy Club Grooming Membership

Includes one Organic Shampoo and Conditioner, Blow-dry (or Towel Dry) PAW-Dicure Nail Grind (or Nail Clip), Ear Cleaning, Face Cleaning, Doggy D-Tails Report Card, DayCamp admittance the same day as Fuzzy Club Grooming reservation only, and 15%-OFF DayCamp, Grooming, or Training additional reservations.*

Fuzzy Club Members reservations are required and scheduled “by the day” admittance, as opposed to "by exact appointment time," and made in advance Monday through Saturday, excluding Holiday Seasons.  Grooming is filled on best-efforts and earliest first check-in priority basis, subject to availability.  We will phone when your FUR-Baby is Fuzzy Clean ready for pick-up before 6:30PM.  You may come pick-up then, or have your Pup continue DayCamp PlayDate until pick-up, offering our busy Moms and Dads scheduling flexibility.  If you prefer your FUR-Baby not DayCamp after their Fuzzy Club Grooming, and instead rest in their own spacious Classic Cabin (we have no cages like our competitors) until you pick-up; simply let us know!  Fuzzy Club first 2 months Membership dues are paid at time of becoming Fuzzy Club Member, then Fuzzy Club dues are paid by reoccurring card billing monthly thereafter, collected before the next month.   Fuzzy Club monthly access does not accrue, does not rollover, does not carryover, like a Health Club Monthly Membership is monthly.  Fuzzy Club is non-refundable, unless your Pup is not Camp-able for safety concerns, in the sole discretion of Camp Bow Wow Colleyville.  Fuzzy Club Member access may be used by any dog within your own household, for families who have more than one family dog, and Fuzzy Club Membership is one dog per Fuzzy Club Membership.  To discontinue Fuzzy Club; simply email colleyvilletx@campbowwow.com your request to cancel, which triggers one final $59 Fuzzy Club billing, to be collected at time of your emailed cancellation, and Fuzzy Club admittance with cease at the end of the then next calendar month.  Pups desiring to join Fuzzy Club must adhere to all Camp Bow Wow entrance requirements, including but not limited to our Meet and Greet first day Welcome New Camper process.  First day Meet and Greet Welcome is complimentary, with the purchase of any FUR-Pack for DayCamp, or any new Fuzzy Club Membership commencement, to be paid at the Meet Greet first day check-in.

Property Information

No Camp Bow Wow Colleyville Team Member stays overnight.  There is no fire suppression system on property.  By utilizing our services, you acceptance the inherent fire of risk.
