The training we offer is based on scientifically proven methodology and aligns with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA®), the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), and other established animal welfare organizations.

Training Program & Services

Obedience Classes
Camp Bow Wow’s dog obedience classes are split into levels to help both you and your four-legged family member learn at a progressive pace. Our reward-based training methods will help ensure that your dog attains the level of obedience most pet parents only dream about.
Group Dog Training Classes
Level 1 - Basic Puppy Training
6 week class. For Puppies over 12 weeks. Age appropriate vaccinations required.
Basic Manners and Behavioral Issues
PRICE- $150.00
Level 2 Advanced Training - pre-requisite is Level 1
Advanced behaviors like heel , place and Distractions.

In-Camp & Private Training
Camp Bow Wow Avondale PA offers several options for our canine training. Our Certified Trainers can work with your dog while they attend Camp, spending one-on-one time with them. We can also provide training services working with you and your dog in a private setting if that’s most comfortable for you. These sessions can help your pup overcome behavior issues or provide enrichment.
Play and Train at Camp
A dog’s learning is never done. Have our certified Dog Trainer address
any skill/obedience issue you specify while your camper is in camp. You
and the trainer will set the goals of the training .

Private Dog Training
Our Certified trainer will work one-on-one with you and your dog.
Owners set the priorities for the sessions. There will be an initial consultation with trainer and owner that is $25.00. This would be applied to any future training that is done. Pup does not need to be a camper.
