Our team understands the key elements to a happy pup and we find great joy in incorporating them into our daily activities.     Skills and Experience

    Background: I've had pets all of my life ranging from cats, dogs, fish, birds, rodents, and reptiles. I couldn't imagine my life without pets.

    Additional Skills/Qualifications: I have a BA degree in Fashion Merchandising/Business. I also have various certificates in the study of animal health and welfare. Certified in pet first aid/CPR.

    Fun Facts

    What I love most about my job: Being with the dogs and caring for them. Nothing makes me happier than to know the dogs I care for are getting exactly what they need.

    My pets: Fresa (Basenji mix), Blueberry (Pit Bull), and Blackberry (Pit Bull). They are known as "the berries" and love to take pictures!

    Something fun about me: Pet apparel has been a passion of mine for over 11 years. Tailor-fitting garments for dogs is one of my specialties!

    Background: I've worked a little with horses before. I've owned dogs my whole life and I was also a nanny... kids are kinda like animals, right?

    What I love most about my job: I love the environment, the whole staff is great! I can bring my dogs and play with them. All of our clients are super friendly.

    My pets: Sheldon (Dachshund)--A sweet little boy. Fey Lady (Pocket Pit Bull)--A spunky girl!

    Background: I have had dogs all my life. I have also had 3 horses and 25 chickens when we lived on a ranch. We have had so many different breeds of dogs in my lifetime!

    What I love most about my job: I love dogs and now I get to work with them! They are my favorite animal.

    My pets: Bash and Daisy (Dachshunds)--The alpha and beta of my pack at 10 and 15 lbs! Abrambs (American Bulldog)--Weighs 104 lbs, but is the omega dog.

    Something fun about me: I want to be a dog trainer and train service animals so I can help people with disabilities.

    Something fun about me: I love hiking and camping. If I'm outside, I'm happy! No matter what the weather condition is.

    Background: I have worked with many different kinds of animals in my life. Some include: horses, cows, chickens, donkeys, mules, cats, dogs, and many different kinds of fish and reptiles.

    Additional Skills/Qualifications: I volunteered at the Humane Society for about 7 months during high school, and I took college animal science and vet tech classes during high school as well. Certified in pet first aid/CPR.

    Fun Facts

    What I love most about my job: The dogs! I have learned so much about how they act, and how to handle them. I hope to take the experience I gain here and use it one day when I get to work for the ASPCA.

    My pets: Piper and Midnight (Cats)-- Both are very energetic and love to play! Toust (Gecko)-- He loves to climb and play, and also loves to explore!

    Something fun about me: I love music, video games, art, etc. Anything creative is something I like to do. I also want to work with the newer behavioral center that the ASPCA has opened. They train dogs to prepare them for adoption. I would be over the moon with joy if I could ever get a job there.

    What I love most about my job: Meeting all the new/rare breeds of dogs that come to Camp!

    Something fun about me: Through November and October I act at a local haunted house. Halloween is my favorite holiday!

    Background: Worked as a Pet Care Specialist at other doggie daycares. I have always loved animals!

    Additional Skills/Qualifications: I had some experience watching dogs of family and friends in my home. I also had many pets of my own, including 2 dogs, 5 cats, 10 gerbils, 6 rats, and a fish. Certified in pet first aid/CPR.

    What I love most about my job: Definitely working and playing with the dogs! I also love the way Camp Bow Wow goes the extra mile for the campers. They maintain a very high level of care and excellency.

    My pets: Leroy (Border Collie/Terrier mix)--Loves going on walks and all the poodle and poodle mixes at Camp (especially the pretty ladies). Katy (Cat)--Loves playing fetch with hair ties.

    Something fun about me: I have been a vegetarian for 12 years. I love all animals especially dogs, and can't imagine a life without my pets. They make my life full and happy. My dream for the future is to always work with and care for animals.

    What I love most about my job: Every part! The dogs, clients, and staff are amazing. When I'm at Camp, it's not like I'm at work.

    My pets: Ruki (Japanese Chin)--100% princess, and has had 5 knee surgeries! Tina (Japanese Chin)--Rescued from a puppy mill. She lived in a kennel her entire life, and now she loves to hike and camp. Nanette (Japanese Chin)--Spoiled rotten and loves everyone! Mr. Humphrey Higgins (Brussels Griffon)--Not your typical small dog. He's a verminator and loves to hunt squirrels when hiking. Mabel (Kerry Blue Terrier)--Cutest little dog you're ever going to see! Likes to eat remotes and play alot. Typical puppy! Jubei (Blue Heeler)--Best hiking buddy around!

    Something fun about me: I'm an avid outdoorsman! I love to camp, hike, cross country ski, show shoe, etc. My dogs are always included in my adventures. During the winter months I borrow friends' dogs to go play in the mountains, since my small dogs are not interested in snow sports!?

    Background: I have a B.A. in Film Studies from the University of Utah. I often volunteer for Guide Dogs for the Blind as a puppy raiser/trainer, and have successfully raised three Guide Dog puppies so far!

    Fun Facts

    What I love most about my job: Running our Facebook page, attending and coordinating special events, and thinking up fun new contests.

    My pets: Vasher (Golden Retriever)--Vasher loves everyone and everything! He gets so excited to meet new people that he will literally cry (whine) with happiness. He's currently enjoying being the most adorable dog in Camp, and I'm sure it will come as a great shock to him when he grows out of his puppyhood.

    Something fun about me: I am very nerdy! My favorite hobbies include anime/manga, video games, sci-fi/fantasy movies and books, pen-and-paper RPGs, and strategy board games. I also have a side business making nerdy decal stickers.
