Reservation Policies

Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
Holiday reservations require a $50 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one month of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their $50 deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Package refunds will be given if the package is not used up to 30 days from the date of purchase, once a package is used no refunds will be issued.
Holiday Surcharge of $5 per dog per night is charged on the day before, day of, and day after a holiday. Applies to New Years, Easter, Memorial Weekend, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
Dog Boarding packages expire two (2) years after date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
