Camp Bow Wow Norton Shores Reservation Policies

The reservation, cancellation, and refund policies stated below are valid only at this Camp Bow Wow location and may vary from Camp to Camp. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Norton Shores at 231-500-DOGS(3647) for specific details. All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Important policies

● Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

● Boarding on holidays and peak times may be subject to a seasonal surcharge of $5 per night, per dog. Boarding package owners are subject to the seasonal surcharge.

● Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same cabin.

● Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or multiple dog savings.

● 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts are only available for full priced services.

● Boarding Check-In: Check in as early as you’d like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!

● Boarding Check Out: The checkout time for boarding is 11 AM. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $10. Checkout time may vary on holidays.

Holidays

● A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to accommodate all our furry guests.

● Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

● If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one month of your reservation, it may be cancelled.

● 7 days’ notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.

● Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.

● Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

● Holiday hours are 7 AM - 10 AM and 4 PM - 7 PM for boarding check in and check out. There will be no daycare. Applies to New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
