Daycare Reservations

• We are open for daycare Monday thru SATURDAY.
• We strongly encourage pet parents to make day Camp reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Making a reservation will ensure your pup has a spot in the play yards as we have to stay within our capacity numbers for the safety of all and you do NOT want to be turned away unexpectedly on our busiest of days. Specifically, around holidays and school breaks, daycare reservations will be required.
• No Daycare offered on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day except to those boarding with us.

Overnight Boarding: Non-Holiday / Non-School Break

• Deposit is not required.
• Balance owed collected at time of check-in.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am unless otherwise noted. If you'd like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15.

Overnight Boarding: Holiday & School Breaks

• Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
• School Breaks include Spring Break, Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Summer Break.
• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays/school breaks to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holidays and School Breaks will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
• Holidays and School Breaks require a $75 deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays/school breaks is required to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday/school break reservation and/or "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am unless otherwise noted. If you'd like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15.

Camp Bow Wow Memphis Balmoral Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• All services pre-purchased on a package expire one (1) year from purchase date and will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
