Every dog in our play yards has passed our Camper Interview, is spayed or neutered, and is current on vaccinations. Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and activity level so play stays appropriate and comfortable for everyone. That screening process supports a safer start for your dog from day one.
What a Day at Camp Looks Like
Day Camp at Camp Bow Wow Live Oak means a full day in our indoor and outdoor play yards, with rest breaks built in so dogs don’t wear themselves out. The Camp Bow Wow app makes it easy to access webcams, request reservations, and manage your dog’s Camper profile from anywhere.
Want to add something extra to your dog’s day? Individual Enrichment sessions are available as add-ons at $15 each: Play Pals, Mental Enrichment, Ball Pit, and Snuggle Time. These one-on-one sessions give your dog dedicated attention beyond group play. If your dog stays overnight, Day Camp is included in every boarding stay at no additional charge.

Not every dog thrives in a large group setting, and that’s okay. Our Camper Interview and Play Yard Assessment are designed to catch that early. If group play isn’t the right fit, we’ll talk through the options with you rather than place your dog somewhere that doesn’t suit them.
