    I was a customer several years ago and consistently brought my dog to CBW. When we started coming back after Covid - he had changed from being home 24/7 with me for so long and with pandemic puppies etc. the 'pack' had changed and he was hiding and not participating, so we quit coming. One of the things I love about CBW Westport was when I called to discuss returning, they listened to my concerns, helped assess what may have happened, and worked with me to create a reintegration plan for Teddy that I could feel good about so he has a fun and enriching experience.
