Joliet Reservation Policies

Holidays

• A two-night minimum stay is required for any boarding reservation during the holiday period.
• Extended Checkout: We will be implementing a standard checkout time of 11:00am for boarding stays. If you’d like your pup to stay and play for the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $15. Should you have any questions, please speak with the front desk.
• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• 7 days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required for you to be credited the full amount of your deposit for future boarding.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Dog Daycare Packages

• Dog daycare and boarding packages expire one (1) year from purchase date; any days/nights not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and daycare packages will be charged at a full- or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Boarding packages are subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
• Boarding cancellations inside 7 days of reservation, a cancellation policy fee will be charged to repeat offenders, and 24-Hour Cancellation Policy fee charged to repeat offenders for Daycare. Cancellation fee = 10% of services reserved.

Please Note:

• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same cabin.
• Only one discount per stay per family.
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages.
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
