Hilliard Reservations

WELCOME TO THE PACK!

• Reservations are required for boarding and daycare. Please submit these 24 hours in advance to ensure we have room for your Camper.
• Reservations Requests are not reservations. You will receive confirmation from us once your stay is booked in our system.
• If you no longer need your reservation, please let us know so we can accommodate other Campers.
• The pups in our care are our #1 priority. This may mean at times we miss your phone call. Please leave a voicemail or send us an email if you do not get an answer, we will reach you ASAP

VACCINATIONS & HEALTH

• All dogs must be up-to-date on these vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and K9 Influenza. Please provide updated vaccination records to our front desk. Pups will not be allowed in Camp with expired vaccines.
• Campers must be spayed or neutered by 7 months.
• Campers must be flea/tick free and in overall good health with no open wounds or stitches of any kind.
• Medications, supplements, vitamins MUST be kept in original container/bottle. Please do not package medications or supplements in with meals.

COLLARS & LEASHES

• All dogs MUST wear a Quick Release collar with name tag while at Camp. This is for your dog's safety. If you show up without a collar, you will be required to purchase one for your pup prior to dropping off. We offer collars of all sizes for purchase at Camp.
• All Campers MUST be on a leash while on Camp property.
• For safety, we do not allow flea/tick collars, martingales, harnesses, Air Tags, etc. If your dog checks in with these, please remove them and take with you.

PEAK HOLIDAY PERIODS

• Peak Reservation times for main holidays throughout the year are listed below:
• New Year's Day
• Labor Day
• Memorial Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• 4th of July
• Christmas Day
• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for overnight boarding during peak times to hold your reservation.
• A peak holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the holiday.
• A 2-night minimum stay is required during reservations that fall within the peak holiday period to best accommodate our furry guests.
• If we do not have a deposit for your peak holiday reservation within one week of your stay, it may be subject to cancellation.

PEAK HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS

• To best accommodate all our furry guests during busy holiday times, please see our cancellation guidelines for deposit refunds if you would need to cancel your peak holiday reservation.
• 14 days or more before reservation start date = full refund in form of original payment
• 7-13 days before reservation start date = full refund in form of account credit
• Less than 7 days before reservation start date = forfeit deposit (no refund)

DAYCARE PACKAGES

• Packages are encouraged for frequent flyers. Packages lessen the price of Day Camp and simplifies check in/outs for you.
• Packages do not expire and refund restrictions may apply.
• Packages are non-transferable to other Camp locations.

FOOD/FEEDING

• Measure and pack enough food for the entire length of the stay. An EXTRA supply is recommended.
• Please do not send seasoned feeding dishes unless it is needed for the safety of the pup. Slow feeder bowls are okay.
• Personal treats are welcomed, however, please do not send anything you do not want your dog unsupervised with.
• All Campers are required to rest in their Cabin for at least 60 minutes after eating.

PAYMENT

• Payment in full is required by pickup for all reservations. We can apply or store a credit card in your secure profile wallet and charge the card during your pup's stay.
• If someone else is picking up, payment is still due in full at pickup either by card on file or person picking up your pup. Card on file will be used if person picking up does not present payment.
• A 50% deposit is required for overnight boarding during peak holiday periods and must be collected at time of booking to hold your reservation. See Peak Holiday Policies for more info and cancellation requirements.
