Our Flower Mound Team

Meet Caley! A Flower Mound local that followed her passion for animals and started working at Camp as a Camp Counselor right after we opened in 2018. She jumped in and learned the business and it quickly became apparent she was going to have a long career with Camp Bow Wow.  She is now our Camp Manager and is also the creative mind behind all of the Camper Enrichment activities, social media, and picture days. Our Campers love Caley and you will often hear her talking to the dogs in funny voices and giving them silly nicknames. When she’s not at Camp, she likes to cook, stay active and spend time with her own pups. She is mom to Willow a lab mix and Odin the Rottweiler. 

Meet Stephany! You may also hear us refer to her by her nickname "Hack." She is our resident dog behavior expert and makes it her goal to find the best way to relate to every single dog.  She was part of the opening team of the Flower Mound Camp in 2018, but she has been with CBW since 2010! She loves bonding with all of our Campers always makes their day more fun.  When she is not at Camp, Stephany enjoys spending time with her wife Jessie and her two kids.  She also loves to cook and watch and play sports. Stephany is truly gifted with the pups of Camp and we are so lucky to have her!

Meet Marlena! She is a Dallas native that started as a Camp Counselor in 2022. She quickly fell in love with the Camp environment and aspired to learn and grow into a manager role. Dogs have always been an interest of hers and one day she would like to become a dog behaviorist. Along with being a natural with the pups, she has a creative side. Marlena is behind the scenes capturing many of the adorable pictures and videos on our social media. When not at Camp, she loves to spend time with her personal pups, Boba and Freddie. They enjoy all things outdoors and are working on their agility course skills!

Meet Carter! He is a Fort Worth native who started at Camp as a Counselor in 2024 and quickly became an integral part of our team. Before Camp, Carter worked with toddlers as a pre-k teacher until he decided to follow his passion for animals. Caring for kids and pups have so much in common which made it a natural transition. He befriends every pup at Camp and is known to hand out extra cuddles to our Campers throughout the day. When not at Camp, Carter loves to spend time with his wife and all their furry children, two dogs and three cats. He also enjoys gaming, reading and all things Star Wars.

Meet Alicia! She is the Senior Full Service Groomer at Camp Bow Wow Flower Mound and has been professionally grooming dogs since 2001. A DFW native, she values staying actively connected within the local community. Outside of Camp, she is involved with the LISD PTA and is the parent of a high school junior.

Her lifelong passion for animals led her to a career in dog grooming, where she takes pride in providing high-quality, compassionate care to every pup. She is highly skilled in grooming doodles and standard breed cuts. She enjoys working with each client and helping dogs look and feel their very best.

Meet Lexie! She is a Full Service Groomer at Camp Bow Wow Flower Mound and has been professionally grooming dogs since 2019. Originally from Vermont, she relocated to Texas to pursue new opportunities and continue growing in her grooming career.

She has always had a strong passion for animals, and dog grooming allows her to combine that passion with helping dogs look and feel their best. Outside of Camp, she enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, as well as attending local community events.

She looks forward to welcoming each pup for their next grooming appointment and providing them with a fresh, polished look.
