So far 5 stars. My American Bulldog, Phillip, needs an outdoor environment as well as indoor, and Camp Bow Wow fits the bill, literally and figuratively. I'm done with budget daycares because Phillip has been hurt too many times, and I don't mean the everyday dog play scratches, but serious cuts. One disfigured him right down the side of his face. Camp Bow Wow is more expensive, but considering the national brand, safety, and cameras to watch, they are very worth it. You are able to get discounts for daycare packages. The evaluation day daycare is free, and if your dog passes, you get a coupon for 3 days with an enrichment session for cheap! Phillip is content and tired. I think I found a new lifelong daycare. We absolutely LOVE bringing our silly boy, Pop, to camp here! It’s truly his favorite place to be and he adores every single camp counselor (especially his bestie, Kevin). Everyone is so kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about the campers like they are their own. We never have to worry about our boy when he’s here and that peace of mind means everything to us. Kathy is also wonderful and always so helpful with anything we need—Pop insists on visiting her office first thing every morning lol. We recently moved further away, but we still happily drive 35 minutes each way every single day just so Pop can continue thriving in his favorite place. That alone says everything about how much we trust and appreciate this place. Thank you all for everything you do for our little guy. We are so grateful for you!

My dog Sadie spent her very first full day with Camp Bow Wow and, based on how hard she slept when she got home, I would say she had an amazing time with her new friends. Her dad and I are very excited to get her established here and make it her new doggy home away from home.

First time here, and I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the employees. My dog is suspicious and nervous, but I could tell she immediately felt right at home, and when I returned to pick her up, I watched on the monitors and was so happy to see her so excited to be there. Bow Wow Camp is awesome, and my service animal Rocky is well taken care of by the pet providers. It’s a bit more expensive, but I pay because the service is quality. I always leave them a tip, too.

Bow Wow is the best. Great staff, good prices, and I love being able to keep an eye on our puppers while they play as well. Checking the video feed and judging by their temperament when I pick them up, our dogs LOVE it there. We’ve done a handful of daycare trips and quite a few week-long boarding stays and have never had any issues. Knowing they take care of your dogs so well and are able to feed and administer meds properly goes a long way for us. Also, getting signed up is super easy using their app, uploading your vaccine information, etc.

My dog is a regular at Camp Bow Wow and we absolutely love it there. Camp gives him the ability to socialize and expel all his energy in a safe, friendly environment. Weeks when we have to miss camp, his energy levels get high and we can tell he is missing the ability to wear himself out. He always knows when it's time to go see his "friends" and we are very grateful for the love and professionalism given each day.

I cannot say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow. We have had nothing but positive experiences, but two moments truly stand out and show how exceptional their staff is. About a year ago, I went into labor early and suddenly didn’t have anyone to care for our dog, Wyatt. He was supposed to attend daycare during my planned labor week, and everything changed unexpectedly. After my son was born, we called Camp Bow Wow and explained what had happened. Despite it being peak holiday season, they were incredibly empathetic, kind, and accommodating, and they immediately made it work for us. That level of care during such a stressful and emotional time meant more to us than they probably realize. Fast forward to this year—we had Wyatt booked for boarding, but unfortunately had to cut our trip short because our entire family got sick. Once again, during peak holiday season, they were so understanding and gracious about canceling our reservation. When we picked Wyatt up early, they had already made sure he was bathed and ready to go, days ahead of schedule. It’s clear that the staff at Camp Bow Wow genuinely care—not just about the dogs, but about the families too. They are generous, flexible, and compassionate in ways that go far beyond what’s expected. Wyatt is always well cared for, and we always feel confident leaving him there. I can’t recommend them enough!

My dog absolutely loves Camp Bow Wow! Every location is amazing and most recently we went back to Grandview Heights! This location is easy to get to and the people are so nice. I know my dog will have the absolute best time and come back ready for a nap! I’m able to enjoy my time with family and friends knowing he is being well taken care of. Our dog comes here once a week for daycare and boards here as needed. He has done so for 9+ months. He loves it so much! We know he loves it so much because as soon as he realizes where we are, he whimpers and wags his tail and practically jumps out of the car! We love being able to check on him throughout the day through the live webcam, and we can tell he is having so much fun! Pricing is fair, people are kind, and dog is worn out at the end of day :)
