Centennial, NV Reservation Policies

Please Note:

The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at other Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Centennial NV at (725) 222-7558 for specific details. 

Daycare Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

• CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
• CHECK OUT:  Any time during business hours but an extended check-out fee will automatically apply after 11 AM.

PLEASE NOTE:

• A seasonal per night, per dog, boarding surcharge will be applied to all Boarding reservations during holidays and peak-times.
• Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
• Only one discount per stay per family
• Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
• 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate

Non-Holiday Boarding

• Payment for the full boarding stay is due at pick-up.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Extended Check-Out: The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer, there will be an additional fee of $25 per dog. We appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Holidays.

Holiday Boarding

• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• A seasonal per night, per dog, boarding surcharge will be applied to all boarding reservations during holidays and peak-times.
• Annual Holidays and Seasonal Dates for the surcharge are as follows but can be changed at any time; New Year’s Day, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
• 50% Deposit is due 30 days prior to reservation
• Cancellation Policy is as follows: Refundable 15 days prior to original payment type, Refundable as Account Credit 15-7 days prior, Non-refundable 7 day prior to reservation
