West Bellaire Reservation Policies
- Packages are nonrefundable.
- All policies and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for an additional fee. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
- To provide the safest, hoppiest experience during our peak limes, a $5/night seasonal fee may be applied to support extra staff and services provided.
- Please note that for holiday stays of two nights or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total charges may be required by check-in to secure your booking
- For your pup's safety, all dogs must arrive with a quick-release collar. If your pup arrives without one, collars will be available for purchase at check-in.
