West Bellaire Reservation Policies 

General Policy:

• Packages are non-refundable - day care and boarding.
• All policies and pricing are subject to change without notice.
• For your pup's safety, all dogs must arrive with a quick release collar.  If your pup arrives without one, collars will be available for purchase at check-in.

Non-Holiday Boarding:

• The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for an additional fee. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
• For non-holiday boarding stay of 2 nights or more, a non-refundable 50% payment of the total boarding stay is required and will be collected at time of check in.

Holiday Boarding:

• Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit of the total boarding stay at the time of the boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• 7 days notice for reservation cancellations for holiday is required in order to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation period and 'no shows' will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as a credit toward other services.
• A holiday period is considered 2 days before and 2 days after the actual holiday.
• To provide the safest, happiest experience during our peak times, a $5/night seasonal fee may be applied to support extra staff and services provided. 
• Check out time for boarding is at 11:00 am.  If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for an additional fee. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
