All of the caregivers were extremely kind and loving. I could watch my dog as she met the new dogs, and I will be able to watch her all through the day as she plays. I feel safe boarding my baby with Camp Bow Wow.

The people here really do care about your fur baby. They take the time to get to know them and make sure they are comfortable. After a full day of Day Care my pup is exhausted until noon the next day. I have tried a few Day Cares now and by far the group here is the best.

Integration of technology--seeing live video of my dog's interview and his interactions with other dogs in the yard was awesome! Getting live texts from counselors was also really helpful orienting my day around doggie daycare. Approach to care--making sure (and explaining to customer) that treats and toys are not present in the group areas to avoid guarding behavior. Always having live counselors in the yard during the hours of operation, and clearly having plenty of staff relative to the number of dogs. It's clear Camp cares!
