Our Troy Team

I have been with Camp over 5 years now, since 2019. I have a dog named Joumana, who I found on the streets of Detroit, who lived at Camp for a few months before I brought her home! My favorite part of Camp is the one on one time I get with the dogs, their personalities can really vary depending on whether they're in a big group of dogs or hanging out for an individual snuggle time.

I have owned Camp Bow Wow Troy since July of 2022. My favorite part of Camp is seeing the new puppies go from little angels to little raptors to well-behaved young dogs! I also enjoy seeing how excited the dogs get when they come to spend a day at Camp with their human and dog friends. I have a husband, Shawn, two human kiddos in elementary school and a tiny Pomeranian Phoebe (Beebles) who is a Camp regular.

I have been with Camp Bow Wow for 10 years! It is the most fulfilling job in the universe. My favorite part is getting to know every single dog that comes into the building. They each have their own personalities, quirks, and friends! I love every single one like my own, and it's a pleasure to be a part of their lives. I spend the most time with dogs who have trouble first starting out, and love watching them succeed at Camp through the right routine and support. I also love getting to know the pet parents, and making them feel comfortable leaving their dog at Camp. Along with managing, I am now expanding my knowledge to become a dog trainer. I am engaged, and we have a beautiful, sweet, old lady pit bull named Lillian.

I've been with Camp Bow Wow for four years, since June of 2020. I have two husky mixes at home- Buster & Dakota, who love to be the neighborhood watch dogs. My favorite part about Camp is seeing the pet parent's happy faces when telling them how their pup did throughout the day, and I love creating all the fun crafts!
