Port Charlotte Reservation Policies
Non-Holiday
- Deposits are not required to secure your reservation at this time.
- Balance will be collected at the end of your stay.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Christmas and a 2-night minimum stay is required for all other major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- Cancellations prior to a holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 21 days of your stay and we are able to re- sell your cabin, an account credit will be issued that can be used toward future services.
- Spring Break reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation. Please check with our front desk (941.875.9410) for spring break dates as they change annually.
- Holiday and peak times may be subject to a seasonal surcharge of $5 per night, per dog.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Day Care & Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
- For package refunds within 30 days, usage will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
- No refunds on monthly passes. The monthly pass expires 1 month after date of purchase.
- No expiration date on the Warm Up Package.
- All packages (except warm up) expire 3 years from date of purchase and any days not used will be forfeited.

ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS
- At least four months old
- Spayed or neutered (if seven months or older)
- Current on Rabies, Distemper, and 6-month Bordetella

Oral, intranasal, or injectable forms of the Bordetella vaccination are accepted
- Oral Bordetella and Intranasal vaccine requires vaccination every 6 months
- Injectable Bordetella requires vaccination annually.
- Flea/tick free and in good overall health
- No open wounds or stitches of any kind
- Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
- For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
- Dog and people friendly
- Able to pass the interview and trial day
