Our Reservation Policies provide Odessa pet parents with confirmed details for preparing for a boarding stay at Camp Bow Wow Petroplex. Review the checkout time, dog daycare upgrade, preferred-food arrangements, and Vaccine Requirements before submitting your request.

Overnight dog boarding requires a reservation. Requests can be submitted online, through the Camp Bow Wow app, or by phone, and a Certified Camp Counselor confirms each request.

Odessa Boarding Checkout & Food Policies

Plan your pup’s pickup and meals around the following confirmed Petroplex policies:

• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00 a.m. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we’re happy to upgrade your stay for $15 with dog daycare. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
• Please note, we don’t offer “house food”. If you’re unable to bring your dog’s preferred food, we’re happy to purchase it for their stay. We charge the cost of the food plus a $10 fee for travel and/or shipping.

Bringing enough of your dog’s preferred food keeps their meals familiar throughout the stay. Label and prepare it according to the instructions provided when your reservation is confirmed.

Vaccine Requirements

Please confirm that your pup’s vaccine records are current before requesting overnight boarding or group play.

All campers must be spayed or neutered and current on the following vaccinations:

• Bordetella (if oral, must be updated every six months)
• Distemper
• Rabies
• K9 Influenza
