Watch Your Dog Play From Anywhere

Leaving your dog behind is hard. Our Live Camper Cams let you check in from your phone or computer any time during your dog’s stay, so you can see exactly what they’re up to. Camp Counselors are present and visible during group play, which means what you see on camera reflects how sessions run.

Most boarding facilities in the Midland area don’t offer real-time webcam access. It’s one of the clearest differences between Camp and a standard kennel, and for pet parents who travel frequently, it can make a real difference.

Visiting Family? Your Dog Is Too

Certified Staff, Thorough Screening, & Real Safety Standards

Every Certified Camp Counselor® on our team is trained in dog behavior, CPR, and pet first aid. They’re present and engaged during group play sessions, not just nearby. That level of training means a qualified responder can be on-site throughout your dog’s stay.

Before any dog joins Camp, they complete a Camper Interview. This temperament and compatibility screening helps protect dogs in the play yards by checking whether new Campers are a good fit for group play. All Campers must also be spayed or neutered and current on DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations. These requirements aren’t bureaucratic hurdles. They’re part of maintaining a healthy environment for the dogs in our care.

One Location, Everything Your Dog Needs

Our Midland location brings dog boarding, grooming, and enrichment services together under one roof. The Camp Bow Wow app, available on the App Store and Google Play, lets you request reservations, access Live Camper Cams, and manage your dog’s Camper profile from your phone. For Permian Basin pet parents juggling unpredictable schedules, having it all in one place can make a real difference.

  • Yes, holiday surcharges are common in dog boarding because these are peak times when space and staff are in higher demand. Many Camp Bow Wow locations may apply a small holiday fee or require minimum-night stays during major holidays to ensure we can provide safe, consistent care for every Camper. Your local Camp will share holiday rates and policies in advance so you can plan your pup’s stay with confidence.

  • Many Camp Bow Wow locations provide daily updates so you know how your pup is doing during dog daycare and boarding. Our Certified Camp Counselors® closely monitor each Camper’s behavior, play style, and overall well-being, and can share how your pup ate, played, rested, and made new friends. Some Camps also offer digital “report cards,” photos, or notes, so you get added peace of mind while your four-legged family member enjoys their stay - check with your local Camp for specific update options.
  • Camp Bow Wow requires all boarding dogs to be up to date on their DHPP vaccine to keep them healthy and able to play safely with other dogs. It’s recommended that the Leptospirosis vaccine also be included annually, as it’s more common, can be deadly to dogs, and can spread to humans.

The DHPP vaccine protects against four serious and highly contagious diseases: Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. These illnesses can affect a dog’s respiratory, digestive, and nervous systems, and can spread quickly between dogs, making vaccination important.

Puppies start the DHPP series at 6–8 weeks old, with two boosters given at 3-week intervals, followed by a third booster a year later. Adult dogs receive booster shots as recommended by their veterinarian, with the Distemper and Parvovirus portion typically given every 1–3 years.

In addition to the DHPP vaccine, the Rabies and Bordetella vaccines are also required for all boarding dogs at all our locations. For more information on our vaccine requirements for dog boarding, contact your local Camp Bow Wow.
