This was my first visit. From the moment I walked in the door with my dog, I felt welcome. My dog is shy with people, and the counselors were kind and patient. The facility is extremely clean and well-designed, and my dog had a very good experience. The staff helped her to become acclimated to her new surroundings, and she had a great first day at camp. I have been looking for a place that felt safe to leave her when I go out of town, and I have finally found it.

Our dog has boarded here a couple of times now and I like that he doesn’t come home terrorized, he gets plenty of socializing during the day rather than being locked in a cage, and when I bring him back, he’s not scared. That tells me he’s ok. The web cam is such a great idea. I like being able to see him during the day anytime I want. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive but everything is included, except baths. Other places pretend it’s cheaper, but tack on extra $ for enrichment, picking them up later in the day, giving them meds, etc. I like knowing clearly what it will cost and not being made to feel guilty that I’m not paying extra for play time!

no. 1. Is the people. They conduct themselves very professionally. No 2 the facility and location are both excellent. The concept has been well planned. The picture of my dog has been sent to half the people in Durham. They love seeing her and impressed with your business.

Everyone was friendly and you could tell the employees just loved the dogs. Everything was easy. We travel, so being able to use multiple locations is everything. I also felt like all the extras were really reasonable at $15 each. My mom takes her dogs here and loves it too.
