Camp Bow Wow North Durham has gone through several changes since it opened in November 2005. We were clients of our Camp Bow Wow location for nine years before purchasing the Camp in 2015. As clients, we found doggie daycare an essential service for our pups while we were at work. Instead of the pups sleeping all day, they were able to play and socialize with their friends and come home tired and not full of the zoomies! The other benefit was they loved Camp so much, that when we needed to board them, it was very comfortable for them as it was their home away from home.

We loved Camp so much, that when we had the opportunity to purchase this location we didn't hesitate. Since that time, we are always looking for ways to continue to improve the camp experience both for our human and four legged customers. We have expanded the management team; the number of staff; the hours of operations; and added additional services. We also changed the name! (Formerly known as Camp Bow Wow Chapel Hill).

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and a great experience for your furry family members. We are also committed to making an impact on our community by assisting shelters and not for profit foster organizations by financial giving, fundraising and providing free services for foster dogs.

    Fun Facts

When we are not working at Camp Bow Wow or our CPA practice, we enjoy hiking and backpacking. We have two labrador retrievers, a few rescue cats and a few schools of salt water fish. Our fun fact is all of our pets are named after musical artists!

I’m so excited to be part of the Camp Bow Wow Chapel Hill Team! Watching wagging tails and wiggling bodies bound through the door is the best part of my day! Working with dogs has been my passion since I was a little girl and resulted in a decade of volunteering at shelters, working at local kennels and dog training facilities! I have also adopted two pups who join me at Camp and a kitten! I’m so excited to continue meeting everyone and their pups, and I hope you all enjoy bringing them to Camp as much as I love having them here!
