Requirements
- Must be up to date on rabies, distemper and Bordetella. Bordetella must have been given in the past year. If Bordetella is expired or is new there is a 3 day wait period or oral or nasal administration and 14 days if given by injection before your pup can come to camp.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age.
- All dogs MUST have a quick release collar. If you do not have one of these collars, we have a variety for sale in our lobby or we will loan you one for $5.
- We must always have an up-to-date emergency contact on file that can pick up your dog and bring them to their vet in case of an emergency.
Overnight Boarding Policies & Guidelines
What to pack for Overnight stays
- Your dog’s food, pre portioned into bags or containers. We do not offer house food.
- Keep your dog’s medication or supplements in their original containers along with anything they’re taken with. We prefer to give medications separate from meals. We cannot do injections.
- We provide a cot and cozy fleece however you are welcome to bring blankets or something soft for them to lay on from home. Please do not bring these items if your dog destroys or will soil it.
- Your dog can have stuffed toys or rubber chew toys in their cabin.
- A quick release collar and name tag. If your camper does not have one of these collars you may purchase one in our lobby or we will lend you one for $5 for the stay.
DO NOT pack
- Anything glass or ceramic.
- Treats that take a long time to finish like dental bones, busy bones etc.
- The dogs cannot have bully sticks, raw hides, rope toys or anything that could splinter and be ingested.
- You do not need to pack bowls. We have a variety of bowls here including slow feed bowls.
- Sweaters, jackets or bandanas. The dogs cannot wear clothing in the play yards.
- Large, bulky bedding or bedding without a removeable and washable cover. We do not have a large washer to clean it if it gets soiled and there is little space to store it.
- Extraneous items, again, we have limited space to store extra items. Pack only what is necessary for your dog’s stay.
- Air tags or other GPS trackers.
Check in for Overnight Boarding
- You may drop off anytime within our business hours (Monday-Friday starting at 6:30am and Saturday/Sunday starting at 8am) with latest drop-off time being 5:30pm.
Check out for Overnight Boarding
- Check out time is 11am, however, your pup can stay the whole day for a fee of $15 per dog. This fee is waived if your camper is getting a bath and they do NOT need to be picked up by 11am. We will contact you when they are done with their bath, which will be sometime in the afternoon.
Limited Play Time on Sundays
- On Sundays, dogs will be in cabins between the hours of 11am-3pm. This is so we can get extra cleaning done around the facility.
Holidays
- Our lobby is not open on all major holidays. The dogs have limited play time between 7am-11am and again from 4pm-7pm. Staff will be onsite during those hours to take care of the pups.
Grooming
- If your dog is scheduled for a bath on check out day, please wait until you hear from us that they are done with their bath before coming to pick up. You may call us anytime to check on the progress of your dog. The late check out fee is waived if your dog is getting a bath prior to check out.
Picking up Early
- You may pick up early however if we were expected to be full and we cannot fill your spot; you may be charged for the nights you’ve already confirmed. You can adjust your reservation without penalty with 72 hours’ notice.
Deposit and Reservation Policies
Peak Times and Holidays
- Peak times are considered: Any time schools are out (Teachers Convention, Spring Break etc.), and peak summer season from July 1st-August 31st
- Holidays are considered: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day.
- We will require a 50% deposit during peak season and holidays at booking. Your reservation is not confirmed without the deposit.
- You may cancel your reservation 72 hours before the check-in date to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancelling within that window or not showing up will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- July-August peak times require a 2-night minimum on WEEKENDS ONLY.
- Holidays require a 2-night minimum.
- Holidays and peak times are also subject to a $5 surcharge per night per dog. This typically applies 3 days before the holiday and 3 days after or on weekends.
Non-Peak Times
- We do not require a deposit, nightly minimum or any other restriction at any other time of the year.
Daycare Policies
- During peak times or around holidays, we may not have room to feed your camper meals. Please plan accordingly during these times.
- We offer limited play time on Sundays, and all campers go in cabins between 11am-3pm. Therefore, daycare space depends on cabin space. If we are expected to be full the night before we may not have room to take your pup for the day. You may call the morning of to see if we have room. Reservations for Sundays will not be accepted around holidays or peak times.
