It’s CampLife: a structured, enrichment-focused experience where Loveland dogs spend the day in indoor and outdoor play yards under the supervision of Certified Camp Counselors^® trained in dog behavior, pet CPR, and pet first aid. Every Camper is screened before joining group play, grouped by size and temperament, and monitored throughout the day so the fun stays safe.

Throughout the day, Certified Camp Counselors^® sort Campers into groups by size, temperament, and energy level. They schedule regular rest breaks to prevent overstimulation and redirect mounting, excessive barking, or rough play with calm, consistent guidance. The result is a play-rest cycle that engages natural dog instincts: sniffing, exploring, social bonding, and can support more complete rest than unstructured exercise alone. For dogs who benefit from additional structure, we also offer Dog Enrichment programs beyond standard day care.

Enrichment Activities Each session is 15 minutes. Our Certified Camp Counselors provide Campers with lots of care and attention during their stay. But, if you would like your pup to receive a little extra Snuggle Time (cozy blanket, story time, bedtime poem, and more!) or Play Pals time (game of fetch, tug-of-war, or an interactive treat puzzle, and more!) we will be happy to provide some extra TLC during your pup's Overnight or Day Care stay.

Getting Started With Dog Day Care in Loveland

Every new Camper begins with a Camper Interview: a one-on-one assessment where our Certified Camp Counselors^® evaluate your dog’s temperament, play style, and comfort level in a group setting. It’s not a test your dog can fail. It’s how we make sure every dog is introduced to the right play group at a pace that works for them.

We welcome puppies four months and older. Whether your pup is a social butterfly or a little unsure on day one, our Counselors introduce new dogs gradually so the first visit sets the right tone rather than an overwhelming one.

Dog Daycare FAQs

You can usually purchase a Camp Bow Wow daycare package directly at your local Camp, and many locations also allow you to buy or reload packages online or through the Camp Bow Wow app. Once you’re set up as a customer and your pup has completed their evaluation, you can choose the package size you want and complete payment through your preferred method. Your package balance will then be tracked automatically each time your pup checks in for daycare.
Daycare package days are generally valid year-round, but some Camps may have blackout dates, limited hours, or special policies during major holidays and peak seasons. Certain holidays may be reserved primarily for boarding Campers, or may carry different rates. Your local Camp will let you know how packages apply on holidays so you can plan ahead for busy times.
Most Camp Bow Wow locations recommend or require a reservation to guarantee a daycare spot, even if you have a package. Your package covers the cost of the day, but a reservation helps ensure we can safely accommodate your pup in the appropriate play group. You can typically reserve through your local Camp, by phone, online, or via the Camp Bow Wow app.
Most Camp Bow Wow daycare packages have an expiration period, which varies by location, to help ensure pups use their play days consistently. The expiration window is typically generous, giving you plenty of time to schedule visits that work for your routine. Your local Camp will let you know the exact expiration policy for each package before you purchase.
Yes, a lot of our locations offer packages. Camp Bow Wow dog daycare packages are pre-paid bundles of daycare days that make it easier and more affordable for your pup to play regularly. Instead of paying one day at a time, you purchase a set number of days—like a 5-day, 10-day, or 20-day package—at a discounted rate. Packages help your pup get consistent socialization and exercise while giving you predictable pricing and extra savings.
