Non-Holiday
- A 1 night deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package).
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.

Holidays
- Holiday Surcharge will take effect 1/3/2022. The $5 surcharge will be applied in addition to the regular price of boarding per night and no discount can be applied to the surcharge. The surcharge will be for the night before the holiday, the night of the holiday, and the night after the holiday. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day are holidays that will have the surcharge added.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for all boarding reservations at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 1 night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.

- 48 hour notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.

Day Care, Dog Boarding & Dog Grooming Packages
- No package refunds after the first day has been used.
- No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.

- Packages can be used for a single dog or multi-family on the same account. Packages are already priced at a discounted rate and no other discounts will be applied.
ALL CAMPERS MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS
- At least four months old
- Spayed or neutered (if seven months or older)
- Current on Rabies, Distemper, & Bordetella (Bivalent Flu is highly recommended)
- Flea/tick free and in good overall health
- No open wounds or stitches of any kind
- Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
- For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
- Dog and people friendly
- Able to pass the interview and trial day
Refund Policy
- Dog day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date and any days not used will be forfeited. Any service purchased that was not used within 60 days of purchase will not be refunded. Refunds are not offered for partially used packages.
