Camp Policies & Information

Welcome to the Pack!

• Reservations are required for boarding AND daycare. Please submit these at least 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate availability. If you submit a request after 7 PM the day prior, you may not have a spot in Camp.
• Reservation requests are NOT reservations. We will email OR text a confirmation once your stay is booked in our system. Please don't arrive without receiving a confirmation, we don't want to disappoint you!
• We reserve the right to dismiss any Camp dog at any time on the basis of a safety or behavior concern. Safety of all Campers is our top priority.
• Behavior Policy: Should inappropriate behavior require your dog to have a cabin break more than 2 times in a day, they will remain in a cabin and we will contact you to discuss. Three calls home could result in dismissal.
• The pups in our care are our #1 priority. This may mean at times we miss your phone call. Please leave a voicemail or text our number if you do not get us and we will call you back ASAP.

Daycare Packages

• All packages expire 1 year after the date of purchase. All packages are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to other camps.

Vaccinations & Health

• All dogs must be up-to-date on these vaccinations: Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, and Canine Influenza. Please upload all vaccination records to your account. Pups will not be allowed in Camp with anything expired.
• Campers must be spayed or neutered after their 7 month birthday.
• Make sure medications are kept in their original bottle. Please DO NOT pack medications or supplements in with meals; we will go over doses and schedules at check-in.

Leashes, Collars, & Clothes

• All dogs MUST have a Quick Release collar with a name tag while at Camp. If you show up without one, you will be required to rent a loaner for your pup for that day. We do offer collars for purchase at Camp.
• All Campers MUST be on a leash while on Camp property. RETRACTABLE LEASHES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
• For safety, we DO NOT allow flea/tick collars, martingales, break-away collars, harnesses, e-collars, Air Tags, etc. If your dog checks in with these, please be aware a loaner collar may be given to them and a fee added to your account.

Food/Feeding and Packing

• Measure and pack enough food for the entire length of the stay. An EXTRA supply is recommended.
• We cannot store large food containers or large bags, please ONLY have food in individual baggies or small containers for each meal.
• Please do not send personal food bowls/slow feeders or measuring cups. We provide these at camp and do not want to misplace yours!
• Personal treats are welcomed, however, please do not send rawhide products, antlers, or other dangerous treats.
• Personal comfort items are encouraged (bed, blankets, toys) but please do NOT pack rope toys, small clothing items like socks or bones with openings larger than 1" in diameter.

Boarding Policies & Reservations

• A 50% deposit is required to book all boarding reservations. A boarding request is not confirmed until your deposit has been placed.
• Check-In paperwork is required at every visit. We require the most up-to-date information, and often this changes from visit to visit, as do desired services. Please allow time for this process.
• Boarding check-out time is 11:00 AM (excluding Sundays). If your pup stays past the intended play, it is an additional $15.
• If you cancel 48 hours (72 hours for seasonal dates) prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive an account credit or full refund of your deposit.
• Changes or cancellations less than the 48/72 hour periods are ineligible for credit or refund.

Payment

• Payment for the remaining balance of all boarding stays will be collected when you arrive to pick your dog up from us. Please allow time for this process.
• Payment for day camp may be collected at the time of pickup; packages are available to make this process go more smoothly.
• Holidays and seasonal peak times will incur a 2-night minimum stay. Nightly rates are different for holiday visits, and prices are subject to change without notice. See website for full list of seasonal and holiday periods.
• Refunds and account credits will NOT be given for unused services or early check-outs.
• You are welcome to store your credit card on your account for a backup payment method. Please note this is to be used primarily in the event that you do not have your payment method or if someone else is picking your pup up for you.
• If we have not seen your dog in 6 months or longer, they may be required to interview with us again at no additional cost to you. We always want to be sure every pup remains comfortable and secure in our ever-growing environment.

6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Sundays & Holidays:
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Please Note: There is NO daycare on Sundays.
