Eatontown Reservations
Please Note: The policies stated below are valid at most locations. However reservation, deposit, and refund policies may differ at some Camp Bow Wow locations. Please contact Camp Bow Wow Eatontown at (732) 728-9663 for specific details.
Non-Holiday
- A deposit of 50%of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation (unless you have a boarding package.)
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times we are full and have to turn pet parents away, and then people do not show up for their reservation.
- If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- You will be charged one (1) full day of boarding, if you fail to cancel your boarding reservation at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of drop off time. Notwithstanding the above, if your boarding reservation is within three (3) days of a nationally recognized holiday, you must cancel your reservation within seventy two (72) hours or you will be charged a no-show fee equal to two (2) nights of boarding.
- If a Camper has not attended Camp in the past year, they must re-interview and pass the socialization assessment.
Holidays
- A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required for holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
- Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
- If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be canceled.
- 7 days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations is required to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Day Care & Boarding Packages
- All package sales are non refundable.
- Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
- Dog Boarding packages expire one (1) year after the date of purchase and any nights not used will be forfeited.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Boarding packages are subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
CHECK IN: Preferred by 4 PM, which allows for dinner and play time. You can also bring your dog earlier in the day to enjoy a full day of play.
CHECK OUT: Any time during business hours.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Multiple dog rates are based on all dogs from the same family staying in the same Cabin
- Only one discount per stay per family
- Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, multiple dog discounts, or boarding packages
- 401K-9, VIP, and Military discounts available only at full rate
