Booking Requirements, Deposits & Cancellation Terms

Review our reservation policies before booking dog boarding or purchasing Dog Daycare packages at Camp Bow Wow Cranberry. This page explains Camper requirements, boarding reservation deposits, Luxury Suite terms, cancellation windows, checkout expectations, package restrictions, and available discounts.

We provide dog daycare, dog boarding, training, and grooming services. The policy that applies to your reservation depends on the stay type, timing, and selected accommodation.

Camper Requirements

Before your Camper participates:

• We require the following vaccines: Bordetella, rabies, and distemper. We highly recommend the canine influenza vaccine but don’t require it.
• We require all Campers 7 months of age or older to be spayed or neutered.

General Boarding Reservation Policy

Deposits, payment, and checkout terms include:

• A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation.
• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Deposits can’t be used as credit toward other services.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• If you want to pick up your dog early, you remain responsible for the entire reservation as booked.
• All cabins and suites will be held for 7 days. If a 50% deposit of the entire reservation amount isn’t made within 7 days of the reservation being placed, the reservation can be cancelled without notice.
• Boarding checkout time is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Luxury Suite Reservation Policy

Luxury Suite deposit requirement:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking a Luxury Suite.

Non-Holiday Reservation Policy

For non-holiday boarding cancellations:

• If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
• If you’re a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.

Holidays Reservation Policy

Holiday stays have additional booking conditions:

• A 3-night minimum stay is required for holiday reservations.
• We require seven days’ notice for holiday reservation cancellations to receive a full refund.
• The holiday period runs from 3 days before through 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Cancellations within the 7-day period prior to the holiday reservation and no-shows forfeit the 50% deposit.

Dog Daycare Packages

Review both the refund deadline and expiration date:

• Dog Daycare packages aren’t eligible for refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Dog Daycare packages expire 1 year from the purchase date; any days not used will be forfeited.

Discounts for Siblings & Stays over 30 Days

Discount eligibility depends on the stay:

• The sibling discount is available only to Campers from the same household with the same owner who share a cabin. We feed siblings sharing a cabin separately unless you ask us to feed them together.
• For stays over 30 days, ask us whether you qualify for a discount.
