Scheduling & Pickup

You may request an earlier or later time block when making a reservation. We’ll share an estimated pickup time at drop-off. Pickup times vary based on arrival time and the sizes and coat types of the dogs scheduled that day. We’ll call you when your dog is ready.

If you haven’t already done so, please fill out a grooming waiver. Click the link, download it, print it, fill it out, and email it to us at cranberry@campbowwow.com or bring it with you to your appointment.

Please give us advance notice if you need to reschedule a Full Grooming appointment. If an appointment is a ‘no show’ or isn’t cancelled or rescheduled by noon on the day before the appointment, a $50 deposit will be required for the next booking. If a rescheduled appointment is a ‘no show’ or isn’t cancelled or rescheduled by noon on the preceding day, the $50 deposit will be forfeited, and a 100% deposit will be required for the next appointment.

Dogs coming in for grooming must have proof of current vaccinations on file:

Bordetella

Full Service Grooming Inclusions

Services include: bath, brush, blow-dry, nails, ears, tooth brushing, minor dematting,* and professional trim.

If a dog is heavily matted, shaving may be recommended, as removing mats can be very uncomfortable. Owners will receive an estimate before any extra work begins.
Poodle and poodle-mix coats take significantly longer due to their dense, curly texture. We work carefully, build in breaks for your dog’s comfort, and will contact you for pre-approval if dematting charges apply.

If you can hear your pup’s nails clicking on the floor, it’s usually time for a trim. Our groomers can recommend a schedule that keeps your Camper’s paws healthy and comfortable.
Both nail grinding and clipping can be safe and effective when done properly. Clipping quickly shortens the nail, while grinding can smooth and round the edges, which some pups and pet parents prefer. Our team can talk through the options and help you choose what’s best for your dog’s comfort and nail health.
