Concord Reservations
Non-Holiday
- Deposits are required to secure your reservation.
- Non-holiday reservations require a 50% deposit when you schedule boarding.
- If we do not have a deposit on your reservation within one week of your check-in date, your reservation may be cancelled.
- If you cancel 24 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
- If you cancel following 24 hours prior or do not show to your scheduled boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Holidays
- Holiday reservations require a 1-night deposit fee of $51 per dog (multi-camper pricing applies).
- Deposits may be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation, or at least two weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations made less than two weeks prior to a holiday require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Reservations made less than two weeks prior to a holiday will be required to pay a deposit at time of booking.
- Please provide at least 3 days’ notice for any reservation changes or cancellations to receive a full refund of your deposit.
- Forfeited deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
- Holiday periods may vary but are typically 2 days before and 2 days after the actual holiday.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate deposit refunds if you do not cancel within 3 days of your reservation
- We cannot accommodate deposit refunds if you do not show for your reservation.
- Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
Day Care Packages
- No package refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Daycare packages expire one year from the purchase date. Any days not used will be forfeited.
