Camper Requirements

• Minimum age: 4 months
• Minimum body weight: 10 lbs
• Vaccines: Up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Influenza vaccine is encouraged but not required.

General Policies:

• Boarding Drop off: We welcome drop-offs anytime during our operating hours, but we recommend arriving by 3pm to ensure your pup enjoys ample playtime before dinner and settling in for the night.
• Late Pick Up Policy: For the safety of our Camp Counselors and Campers, Camp will lock their doors at 7:00PM. If your dog has not been picked up prior to closing, we will board them for the night. Daycare charges will be converted to our overnight fee.
• Boarding Check-in Policy: To ensure your dog’s safety and comfort, please feed your dog at home no later than 4:00PM or drop off by 5:00PM if they need to eat dinner at Camp.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. This extended checkout fee is waived for all boarders who have a bath or full service grooming scheduled as part of their stay. 
• Dog Day Care Packages: No package refunds after 7 days from date of purchase. All packages purchased after January 1, 2026 (excluding “fun packs”) never expire.  All packages purchased prior to January 1, 2026, expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Boarding Payment Policies

• No deposit is required for non-holiday boarding reservations.
• All boarding reservations require a credit or debit card to be on file with your account.
• Payment for the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Holiday / Peak Season Boarding Policies

• Seasonal Pricing: The dates highlighted in the calendar below are subject to a $7.00 per night seasonal pricing adjustment.
• Minimum Stay: A 2 or 3-night minimum stay may be required during holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests (see specific dates in calendar below).
• Deposit: All holiday/peak boarding reservation requests received will be added to our waitlist until a non-refundable deposit is received for each Camper on the reservation. 
  • The non-refundable deposit per camper must be equal to at least 2 nights of the current listed boarding rate.  
  • Customers will have one week from the date the reservation is requested to pay the non-refundable deposit or may risk losing their waitlist position.
  • Reservations cancelled sooner than the 5th day before the confirmed check-in date will receive an in-house account credit equal to the deposit paid that can be used for any future camp services.
  • Reservations cancelled after the 5th day before the confirmed check-in date will receive an in-house account credit equal to 1/2 of the deposit paid, that can be used for any future camp services. The remaining deposit will be forfeited.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the confirmed check-in date, or a no call-no show confirmed reservation, will forfeit the entire deposit without any account credit or further notification.
• Confirmation: A reservation is not considered confirmed and/or guaranteed until the Primary Contact on the camper’s account has received an email or text confirmation from camp.
