Dog Boarding Reservations

Non-Holiday

• A 50% deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• A deposit refund is available with at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• If you cancel or fail to arrive within 48 hours of the reservation, your deposit is forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• We do not offer refunds or account credits for early pick-up.

Holidays

• A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• A 50% deposit will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• A deposit refund is available with at least 5 days’ notice for cancellations.
• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at drop-off.
• If you cancel or fail to arrive within 5 days of the reservation, your deposit is forfeited.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• We do not offer refunds or account credits for early pick-up.

Daycare Packages

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, daycare packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Day care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel 48 hours (5 days for Holiday visits) prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive an account credit or full refund of your deposit. Changes or cancellations within the 48 hour period (or 5 day Holiday period) are ineligible for a credit or refund. We do not offer refunds or account credits for early departure.

Discounts

• Only 1 discount per transaction on regular priced services. Discounts cannot be combined on services already discounted. Discounts cannot be used on promo events. (Discounts are subject to change without notice.)

Boarding Checkout Time 

• The checkout time for boarders is 11:00am. While pups are welcome to stay and play longer at no additional cost, we appreciate you picking up your Camper by 11:00am so we can prepare for incoming overnight Campers. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.
