Pricing Information

On May 1st, we will have a price increase at Camp. The primary reason for the price increase is the rising cost of labor. As minimum wage increases, we need to adjust our pricing to cover the cost. A secondary need for rate increases are the investments we make in our staff to keep the open play environments safe and ensure we have Happy Campers. Costs include dedicated dog behavior training in the initial stages of employment and continuing education opportunities.

We understand the impact that our increases have on pet parents. We are working hard to inform all our customers in advance to help you plan accordingly and answer any questions you may have. Please know that we are more committed than ever in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

FAQs:

How much is the increase?

We will be increasing both daycare and boarding stays $2 per day/night. Other changes we’ve made are $1 increases to our ½ day packages and hourly rate. We are also adding a nail Dremel option for smoother nails. Our prices will now be in line with other local facilities and you will still receive the same all-inclusive services with no extra charges for feeding, medication, and play times. There are no changes to training prices.

Why are you raising prices?

The primary need for the rate increase is the rising cost of labor. Minimum wage increases affect both the cost of labor and the challenge of finding the best employees. A secondary need for rate increase is the investments we make in our staff to keep the open play environments safe. This includes dedicated dog behavior training in the initial stages of employment and continuing education opportunities.

Didn’t you recently increase prices?

We haven’t increased our pricing since early 2015. Since opening camp in September of 2006, we have only increased pricing twice and adjusted our package discounts once.
