Non-Holiday

• No deposit and no cancellation fees!!!!
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Holidays

• A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 2 night deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• To receive a full refund, reservations must be cancelled two weeks from the start of the reservation
• Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their deposit.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Calendar Holiday Pricing: $5 additional fee per night per dog
