I believe everyone from the staff is very skilled at taking care of the dogs. They sure have fun, good enrichment sessions. My dogs were treated with love and kindness. I did have an issue with the appointment though. I booked the luxury cabin for my 2 girls. It was important for me to be able to check on them throughout the night. A misunderstanding occurred, all the luxuries suites were booked and my dogs were transferred into the standard cabin. I was very upset about it, especially because I learned that when I was boarding the plane to deal with a family issue in another state. I didn’t have any other option other than accept that I wasn’t going to be able to see them online. It was a very unpleasant flight, I can guarantee you that. I don’t blame the girl who booked. In my viewpoint, the system shouldn’t allow such a mistake. The very least, someone should check if there are any issues with the schedule before the dogs are dropped off. Although I appreciate the discounts that were given out, I wasn’t worried about money. We were first time customers using the boarding service, so it wasn’t really nice to learn about the issue in such a short notice. I do hope this experience helps to create actions in order to prevent future conflicts of scheduling. Aside from this issue, I have only good things to say about this Camp Bow Wow location. Thank you for proving me with pictures throughout the days, it brought me comfort. I’m very anxious when it comes to my dogs, they’ve always helped me to deal with my own anxiety issues so I apologize if I was rude to anyone from the staff. I do appreciate everything they did for my dogs. Thank you.
