February 2026 Camper of the Month
PHOEBEMeet Phoebe, the lovable belly rub enthusiast from Camp Bow Wow Rockland. She has an unmatched knack for snuggling with every team member she encounters. Our affection for her matches her boundless love, and we gladly provide her with the numerous belly rubs she adores. Frequently, you can spot her on the camper cams, happily flipped over, gazing at the counselor in the yard while wagging her tail. Her playful and goofy charm brings an extra sparkle to camp life. It's hard to envision camp without her joyful presence. Phoebe is truly a wonderful girl. We're excited to celebrate her as February's camper of the month and are confident, she'll continue to wag her way into our hearts.
February 2026 Counselor of the Month
AARONAaron has dedicated nearly four years to Camp, demonstrating his commitment to the pups since he first arrived. He consistently shows up on time, eager to embrace the day's challenges! Aaron actively seeks knowledge by asking questions, which enhances his yard management skills and helps him grasp the workings of Camp. This proactive approach enables him to support his team whenever necessary. He adapts easily to last-minute changes and effectively manages the energy levels across various play yards. His gentle nature allows him to make shy pups feel at ease, and he delights in showering affection on the regulars who visit. Let's celebrate Aaron for being February's Camp Counselor of the Month.
January 2026 Camper of the Month
SimiMeet Simi, a Labrador Retriever mix who has only one speed all the time: overdrive. His consistent energy and contagious happiness make every day with this lovable pup in attendance joyful. We love you, Simi. Congratulations on being January’s camper of the month.
November 2025 Camper of the Month
MAXMax is our next Camper of the Month, and we couldn't be more excited about celebrating him! He's been part of our pack since the beginning of September and has been melting hearts ever since. With his sweet face and sparkling eyes, this handsome boy is a true lady killer who has every staff member wrapped around his paw. Max's tail never stops wagging from the moment he walks in until the moment he heads home, bringing joy everywhere he goes. One of our favorite things about him is his signature play bow demand—he'll bow down and refuse to budge until he gets the love and attention he wants. And of course, we're always happy to give in!
September 2025 Camper of the Month
KYLASeptember camper of the month is very near and dear to us. Due to a change in circumstances, Kyla is looking for a new home. Kyla has been an only dog to date, though loves her play time at Camp Bow Wow for daycare and boarding. (Saying the word "camp" initiates immediate zoomies.) Let's help this girl find a new and loving home, where she can sunbath and snuggle. We love you sweet girl. Ask camp management for more details.
August 2025 Camper of the Month
BagelMeet Bagel, a 5-year-old Beagle who has been coming to camp for 2 ½ years. His favorite activities include, having the zoomies around the yard, oatmeal spa baths and recruiting for his Beagle band “The Howling Commitee.” His happiness is contagious. It’s always a great day at camp when he comes bolting through the door.
July 2025 Camper of the Month
LINCOLNMeet Lincoln, a charming 7-year-old Alaskan Husky and Coonhound mix who has made quite the impression at our camp over the past 7 months. From his very first day, Lincoln has been stealing hearts—especially when he receives hugs from his beloved counselors! Although he was a bit apprehensive when he first arrived, he has blossomed into a sociable pup who enjoys making many fur-iends. Each day, Lincoln has specific tasks that he diligently completes. These tasks include verifying that both lobby doors are securely closed and actively participating in engaging conversations with the camp counselors. Lincoln’s tall stature allows him to hop up next to the fence, where he joyfully greets the other pups and counselors in the nearby yard. We feel incredibly fortunate to have him at camp. Congratulations, Lincoln!
June 2025 Camper of the Month
CHARLIEEvery time Charlie arrives at camp, she brings with her an infectious smile that lights up the entire place. Adorable and undeniably cuddly, this delightful pup also enjoys engaging in some playful roughhousing with her fellow furry friends. Her closest companions, Roxie and Sprocket, always join in on the fun, creating unforgettable memories. We adore her immensely for her boundless energy and spirited personality! Truly, she is such a joyful and lovable puppy!
May 2025 Camper of the Month
GEORDIMeet Geordi, he loves his camp adventure sleepovers. He acts like the town mayor greeting both people and pups all day long with a smile and tail wag. Geordi loves to wind down at night with a private enrichment and his choice of counselor. He's such a spunky pup. Congratulations Mr. May!
April 2025 Camper of the Month
MeloMeet Melo, the 1 ½ year old Pibble who has been coming to camp since September 2024! Melo may be big, but his goofy personality and gentle nature make him a favorite among everyone at the camp. He is best known for his love of playing tag with besties Lady, Freya and Cali. Melo is also a social butterfly, forming friendships with dogs of all sizes. Melo’s joyful energy and playful spirit make him a true camp ambassador. Congratulations Melo on being April’ s camper of the month.
March 2025 Camper of the Month
ALMAAlma has been coming to camp for about 6 months now. This beautiful 4-year-old Labrador female is always up for some playtime fun. Alma loves greeting pups as they come in the yard with a good sniff and her famous tail wag. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our pack. Congrats Alma on being March 2025 Camper of the Month. We love you sweet girl!
February 2025 Camper of the Month
LADYLady, is a Dogo Argentino, and has been coming to Camp since she was 4 months old. She has perfected her play bow and loves to romp all day with her best friends Tiana, Franklin and Phoenix. Occasionally she can be seen sneaking away to get ear scratches from the Camp Counselor monitoring her yard. We’re so glad to have her as part of our pack. Congratulations Lady on being February Camper of the Month.

ChanceLet's give a round of ap-paws for January camper of the month Chance. Chance is a camp regular who never fails to bring the fun. This playful Labrador Retriever mix is always full of energy! His tail never stops wagging. Whether he's wrestling with his buddies or getting zoomies, he always puts a smile on our faces. We're so lucky to have Chance as part of our pack. ElbyMeet Elby, our December Camper of the Month! Elby's favorite part of Camp is our Counselors, he greets everyone he meets with a friendly grumble every morning. His boundless energy is contagious, as he spends his days running and jumping with his Camper friends. Elby is always ready to play. His love for adventure makes him a joy to be around, and his playful spirit brings smiles to everyone at Camp. Congratulations Elby, on being our Camper of the Month!
