Dog Daycare & Dog Boarding Packages

• Refunds are not available on packages; however, if a package wasn't used, it may be applied as an account credit to be used towards other purchases.
• Luxury suite deposits are non-refundable. Cabin deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if cancelled more than 2 weeks before the first day of the boarding stay. If cancelled 4-14 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit is converted into an account credit. If cancelled within 3 days before the stay, the deposit is forfeited.
• One night's stay is required as a deposit for cabins during holidays (holiday and days leading up to and afterwards) and is due upon booking.
• All policies and pricing are subject to change without notice.

• 50% of your boarding stay for luxury suites are due upon booking boarding and is non-refundable. 
• 100% of your boarding stay for luxury suites are due upon booking boarding during holidays (holidays and days leading up to and afterwards) and is non-refundable. 
• There is a $1 fee for borrowing a camp collar. 
• Listed pricing is effective January 1st, 2026.
• A $5 additional fee per dog will be applied to boarding stays during holidays and peak days. These dates may vary and are subject to change at any time, including during an active stay.
