Coming from a chemical engineering background, Jason was excited to put the corporate world away and pursue his dream of owning his own business with his wife of 23 years, Scarlett. Scarlett had a strong background in the animal care industry as a vet tech. Scarlett was one of the first to open a mobile grooming business in SE Louisiana in 2004 which quickly prompted them into joining the Camp Bow Wow Family after a few years of running her own business. Jason and Scarlett are excited to be a part of Camp Bow Wow and grow their small business footprint throughout the southeast. Jason and Scarlett share their passion for Camp Bow Wow with their three dogs and three children.

Jessica has been with Camp Bow Wow since 2015. She has brought dedication and positive results to Camp. Jessica’s degree in health systems management provided her with strong leadership skills & knowledge which made her the perfect fit to be our director. Her positive energy continuously drives her to always go above and beyond. When she is not working, she spends her free time with friends, family and her gorgeous, golden retriever.

Carlishia has been at Camp Bow Wow Noblesville since they opened. Starting as a camp counselor before working her way up to manager. Camp is her dream job where she gets to go to work everyday and play with dogs.

She has 2 kids, both boys and 5 bullies who are her whole world.
She loves to be outdoors and on the water! She is always taking her kids and dogs to do something fun outside when she's not at Camp. 

Dogs are her passion and she has always been a huge animal lover/advocate! She used to bring home stray dogs growing up and would take care of them before helping  find them a home (if she didn’t end up convincing her mom to let her keep them). She has volunteered at shelters off and on her whole life because of my love for dogs. Camp Bow Wow is her first dog daycare/boarding facility working for.

Lilly started working at Camp in 2024, after being a pet parent with us, and has loved every part of her experience. Dogs have always been a huge part of her life and she enjoys getting to work with them. 

She has two rescue dogs, Bruce and Bailey, who are her whole world and are the reason she became involved with Camp Bow Wow.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, taking her pups on adventures, exploring dog-friendly places, being out on the water, and making memories with family. One of her favorite activities is to take Bruce and Bailey on golf cart rides around town with her boyfriend.

She feels that working at Camp is very rewarding and loves every one of our campers as if they were her own. 

Jayce is the Director for Camp Bow Wow - Team Dalton, supporting multi-location operations nationwide.
He focuses on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
Working closely with owners and managers, he helps turn data into action.
His approach emphasizes scalable systems and sustainable results.

Audrey has been part of the Camp Bow Wow family on and off since 2020, building her career through a variety of roles and gaining valuable experience across the business. Starting as a Camp Counselor, she advanced to Operations Coach before transitioning into her current role as Marketing Specialist. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys traveling, exploring new hobbies, and embracing new experiences. She loves spending time with family and friends, as well as with her three dogs, Meeko, Guinness, and Remi, and her two rescue cats, Beaux and Acorn.
