Extremely professional, the space was clean and beautiful, all employees were willing to answer questions and I didn’t feel rushed. The training the employees are required to complete prior to working there was also a huge and much welcomed surprise. They listened to my concerns, gave honest feedback after our pup’s first day there and I felt they truly were excited to see us return!
