The staff is very friendly and the supervisor called with his progress on the first day to let me know how everything was going. I brought my two Golden Retrievers here for an initial interview prior to boarding them the following week. Staff was friendly and Alexis was thorough with the interview process and information regarding the facility. The facility was clean and spacious and I appreciated the fact that I could view my dogs from the app. They seemed to have a great time and were exhausted when they returned home. I am very happy with my decision to bring them here and have already booked two boarding times while my husband and I are out of town.

Love them! And my dog does too!! Staff is wonderful and they offer fun interactive enrichments for the pups! They have recently improved the pickup/dropoff process (which is super appreciated) by having more than one team member at the front desk to assist with helping multiple clients in person, and on phone; while having at least one other on hand to take/bring your pet(s) up front or back. This was the only missing link which has shown vast improvement lately. Recommend!

I Cannot Recommend This Facility Enough
I cannot recommend this dog boarding/daycare facility highly enough! The cost has increased since we started. However, my dog Oscar absolutely loves going here and gets so excited when he sees the building. It's clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being and happiness of the dogs in their care. I have peace of mind knowing that Oscar is in good hands while I'm away.

I Absolutely Love Camp Bow Wow
I absolutely love Camp Bow Wow. It’s so nice to have a place where I don’t have to worry about my baby. He gets play time, pets, treats, a nice place to lay down when he boards. I absolutely love that I can view him and all the other dogs on the cameras. I’ve seen some funny moments haha. I also get a good vibe from all of the employees, I feel like they’re really there because they love animals. It does seem a little pricey, yes, but at the same time I feel very secure and I don’t worry about leaving my pet there. That is worth a lot to me. I’ll pay a little more for peace of mind.
I also have a large 95 pound dog that can either lay down all day or be a little silly and howl at everyone.

They have lots of fun enrichment activities as well. The camper cams are fun to check on your pup too. We’ve been coming here over 2 years. We’ve used their overnight boarding before as well, and it was all gravy.
