Credit Card Policy: All clients are required to provide a credit card on file prior to any reservation.
Late Pick Up Policy: For the safety of our Camp Counselors and Campers, Camp will lock their doors at 7:00PM. If your dog has not been picked up by 7:15PM, we will board them for the night. Day Care charges will be converted to our overnight fee.
Check-in Policy: To ensure your dog’s safety and comfort, please feed your dog at home no later than 6:00PM or drop off by 5:00PM if they need to eat dinner at Camp.
Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarding is at 11:00am. If you’d like your pup to stay and play the rest of the day, we are happy to upgrade your stay for $20. Checkout time may vary on Sundays and holidays.

Non-Holiday

A credit card must be left on ﬁle at the time of booking to conﬁrm your reservation.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Holidays

A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
A credit card must be left on ﬁle at the time of booking to conﬁrm your reservation.
Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit for your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
If you cancel 7 days prior to your check-in date of your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations not made 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit. Forfeited deposits cannot be used as account credits.
Major holidays and peak times (dates listed below) will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $6 additional fee per night per dog.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!
Check-Out: By 11 a.m. on the day of pick up/ 10:30am on Sundays and Holidays. You can request Extended Checkout for $20/dog by scheduling in advance or reaching out to us anytime during your stay to let us know. Extended Checkout provides your pup with the opportunity to stay and play for the remainder of the day and you can pick up any time at or before close.

NO REFUNDS ON PACKAGES.
Dog Day Care packages expire one (1) year from purchase date, any days not used will be forfeited.
