Requirements

Daycare & Boarding Packages

• Your pup must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.
• The Bordetella vaccine must be administered by a licensed veterinarian and kept up to date every six months.
• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, nights used will be charged at single night rate and daycare packages will be charged at a full or half-day rate (depending on the package purchased).
• Daycare packages expire one (1) year from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
• Interview package is non-refundable.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
• Check out by 12 p.m. during the week.
• Check out by 10 a.m. during the weekend.
• $15 to add extended check out if you want your pup to stay and play past the required time period.

Dog Daycare

Non-Holiday

• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Boarding Checkout Time: The checkout time for boarders is 12:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. on weekends. Pups may extend their stay for an additional fee of $15. Check out times may vary on holidays.

Holidays

• A 2-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Holiday reservations require a 2 day non-refundable deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• If we do not have a deposit for your reservation within one week of your reservation, it may be cancelled.
• Deposits for holidays are non-refundable.
• A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
• All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.

• Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Check In/Out

Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!

Check-Out: By 12 p.m. on weekdays and by 10 a.m. on weekends on scheduled pick up day. You can request Extended Checkout for $15/dog by scheduling in advance or reaching out to us anytime during your stay to let us know. Extended Checkout provides your pup with the opportunity to stay and play for the remainder of the day and you can pick up any time before we close.
