Non-Holiday

A credit card must be left on ﬁle at the time of booking to conﬁrm your reservation.
Deposits are required to secure your reservation. Many times, we are full and have to turn pet parents away and then people do not show up for their reservation.
A 50% deposit of your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your dog boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
If you are a no-show or cancel within the 48 hours prior to your boarding reservation, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.
A 2-night minimum is required during weekends (Fri-Sun).

Holidays

A 3-night minimum stay is required at holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
A credit card must be left on ﬁle at the time of booking to conﬁrm your reservation.
Holiday reservations require a 50% deposit for your entire reservation amount will be collected at the time you make your boarding reservation. Balance will be collected at pick-up.
7 days' notice for reservation cancellations for holidays is required to receive a full refund.
A holiday period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
Cancellations within the 7 day period prior to the holiday reservation and "no-shows" forfeit their 50% deposit.
Major holidays and peak times will be subject to seasonal pricing of a $5 additional fee per night per dog.
Deposits cannot be used as credit toward other services.

Check In/Out

Check-In: Check-in as early as you'd like on the day of drop-off (7:00 am) so your Camper can enjoy more playtime!

Check-Out: By 11 a.m. on the day of pick up. You can request Extended Checkout for $15/dog by scheduling in advance or reaching out to us anytime during your stay to let us know. Extended Checkout provides your pup with the opportunity to stay and play for the remainder of the day and you can pick up any time at or before 6:45pm.

Sunday/Holiday Hours: Pick up and drop off hours are 7-10am OR 4-7 pm. We do not offer day care on these days.

All Campers Must Meet Following Requirements

At least four months old
Spayed or neutered (if six months or older)
Current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines
Flea/tick free and in good overall health
No open wounds or stitches of any kind
Wearing a quick release collar and name tag
For safety reasons, flea/tick collars may not be worn at Camp
Dog and people friendly
Able to pass the interview and trial day

Dog Day Care Packages

No package refunds after 15 days from date of purchase.
Dog Day Care packages expire 6 months from purchase date any days not used will be forfeited.
